Bee Falls


The popular Bee Falls in Pachmarhi, also known as ‘Jamuna Prapat’, is a beautiful waterfall that also provides the supply of drinking water to the town. It is one of Pachmarhi’smost amazing waterfall, and its perpetual flow is poetic. There is a bathing pool here, which is much loved by visitors, who often venture in for a swim. The Bee Falls are quite close to the town as well.


Jata Shankar Cave


The Jata Shankar Cave is an important religious place in Pachmarhi, and is visited by many tourists every day. The relevance of this cave comes from thw fact that, according to Hindu mythology, Lord Shiva hid in this cave from a demon. Water flows in the cave from an unknown source that hasn’t been traced back by anyone yet, and is known as ‘Gupt Ganga’. This is surely a great place to visit.


There are many other such great places in Panchamrhi that are great tourist spots, such as Rajat Prapat, Dhoopgarh, Bade Mahadev, and many such places. Pachmarhi is certainly an excellent place to visit for a relaxing weekend getaway.
